Reliable Tank Level Sensors that Eliminate the Guesswork

Beverage Solutions

The accuracy of a tank level sensor is critical information, especially when it comes to keeping gas running smoothly and efficiently. You never want to run out of medium simply because your sensor wasn’t working properly.

Float gauges are commonly-used for approximating a tank’s fill level, but are known to be low accuracy and easily influenced by a number of factors from buoyancy differences to simple issues with the gauge itself. Additionally, float gauges are known to stop working and need replacing often.

C-Stic

Tank Level Accuracy Within +/- 1%

The C-Stic Lite digital tank level sensor is the latest iteration of much-improved telemetry that is a direct replacement for float gauges. Designed with a thermal barrier to prevent the influence of cold temperatures on electronics, the C-Stic Lite is more accurate than other mechanical or pressure devices that are really only approximating a tank’s fullness level.

Two stainless steel sensor probes inside the tank communicate back to a sensor head mounted on top of the tank, with a selection of gauge styles to accommodate different applications (upright rotating display, flattop, dial unit and a wall mount option). Additionally, the head display unit is removable for safer transport. The accompanying software allows further customization of sensor requirements and characteristics depending on needs.

Improved Accuracy Means Improved Productivity

Because it reports tank level within +/- 1%, the C-Stic Lite supports much better supply chain management and dramatically reduces emergence out-of-service calls. Remote monitoring options allow customers to keep an eye on tank levels from anywhere.
