Ratermann Manufacturing is pleased to announce the opening of its new Solutions Center, in the heart of Livermore, California. Housing Ratermann’s executive staff, the Solutions Center was also purpose-built to foster customer engagement through product training, events and collaboration.

With a distribution center in Nashville and cryogenic facility in Houston, the Livermore Solutions Center was designed as a central location that represents the company’s three pillars of success: Reliable People, Reliable Solutions and Reliable Delivery. For customers and employees alike, it’s a place to creatively solve problems and generate ideas on everything from business solutions to product knowledge. It’s also a place to connect with the Ratermann team and solidify those relationships.
Purposeful Spaces that Foster Growth
Every square inch of the Solutions Center was designed to spark unique experiences and stimulate positive ideation. From the tranquil Inspiration Room to the Mentoring area, each room and community space has a unique purpose. A podcast studio is always at the ready, while themed meeting spaces promote productive and meaningful discussions.
Named after the part of the brain that controls memory and learning, this is a place for collaboration and strategic thinking. A vertical chess board emphasizes the importance of strategy, while the communal work table transforms into a shuffleboard setup, reinforcing the balance of work and play.
Ratermann capitalized on the building’s former identity as a bank by repurposing the vault and some of the safe deposit boxes into a cozy room for brainstorming and problem solving. Hidden gems include thought-provoking wine bottle labels (a nod to the Center’s proximity to California wine country) intended to spur idea-building and problem-solving through targeted questions.
Inspired by the free-flowing, spontaneous conversations that barber shops and hair salons are known for, this area is intended for just that – relaxed conversations. No agendas.
