A question we sometimes get into our customer service center is whether or not our Arctic Fox micro bulk tanks can be serviced by Chart’s Orca™ MicroBulk Delivery trucks, especially in tight, urban settings that traditional bulk supply tankers simply can’t maneuver. The answer is a resounding yes!

Compatible with the smaller, more nimble Chart’s Orca™ MicroBulk Delivery trucks, Arctic Fox tanks capitalize on the top and bottom fill valves to allow maximum filling efficiency. Once connected, Chart’s Orca™ MicroBulk Delivery trucks can complete an entire fill within three to 15 minutes, with no pump cooling or product loss from inert service under normal conditions.

The Arctic Fox’s top and bottom fill options also allow customers to stay online without detrimental pressure drops throughout the filling process, extremely important for 24/7 operations like laser cutting and medical applications. The streamlined process allows for higher flow and higher pressures for faster fills.

Operators have full control over pump pressure, so there’s no loss of product and no need for a tank blow-down.
