The Harris Beverage Regulator is a compact, primary regulator designed to fit into tight places. Regulators control the pressure of gas (CO2 or nitrogen) and ensure that gas is delivered with consistent pressure to maintain the appropriate carbonation level and protect overall beverage quality.
Primary regulators connect directly to the CO2 or nitrogen tank and regulate the high pressure coming from the tank (usually 800-900 PSI for CO2) down to the level appropriate for the beverage. Not only does this provide the right level of carbonation for the end product, it also makes the gas flow a little easier to control and safe for use.
The Harris regulator is equipped with one pressure regulator and one outlet, with a red and green contents gauge for an easy-to-read spot check on supply. It also features a check valve on all outlets that prevents liquid product backflow, and a tamper-proof screw to prevent unauthorized adjustments.
